Scribble's limitless palette of colour pen, well I say limitless, 16 million different shades.
Scribble is the "world's first colour picking pen" according to its inventors Mark Barker and Robert Hoffman. (Dezeen. 2014) This magical device features an integrated colour sensor and processor that scans to detect colour.
"For the colour blind, kids, interior decorators, homeowners, teachers, artists, photographers, designers and students, the Scribble colour picker pen will make copying an exact colour, any colour from any object, an absolute breeze," said a spokesperson from Scribble. (Dezeen. 2014)
The process itself is all very technical for a pen that fits inside your pocket. But not only can Scribble's colour processing pen store up to 100,000 unique colours within it's internal memory but it can also transfer the 'picked up colour' through an app via bluetooth onto your smartphone and or mobile device.
A pen doesn't get much cooler than that.
