Shipping is charged at £9.95 and free on orders over £175 for UK customers, £12.95 for European customers and rest of world £19.95. For security reasons online purchases will require a signature upon delivery.

All folios are made to order, delivery is guaranteed to be dispatched within 3-10 working days of purchase. All other items will be dispatched within 1-4 working days. If the item is not in stock you will be informed straight away where you can either change for an alternative or wait until the item you requested is back in stock.

Upon delivery, please check that the numbers of boxes are as reported on the document that you are asked to sign, and that the package is not damaged, wet or tampered with in any way. Any damage in the packaging and/or the Product or any discrepancy between the number of boxes delivered, should be immediately notified by indicating in writing on the courier’s delivery documents.

Risk of loss or damage to products you order on this site passes to you on delivery of the products; title passes once we have received payment in full for the products.

 Orders will be dispatched between Monday to Friday, excluding local and national holidays. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes and please note the customer is responsible for all custom charges.

We have taken every care to produce the highest quality product. If you wish to return to MY-FOLIO please inform us in writing hello@my-folio.com with the details of the product(s) that you no longer require along with the order number issued at time of purchased and return within14 days of dispatch.

Personalised orders cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty. MY-FOLIO is not responsible for customer input errors.

For items that are not personalised, please wrap your item(s) safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to MY-FOLIO (please note that MY-FOLIO is unable to accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit). Please use the original packaging to return an item. We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage certificate if using the Post Office and arrange necessary compensation cover for the items.

Please send your package back to MY-FOLIO, Studio 1a, Empire Arches, London, SW16 6AA.  Please note MY-FOLIO will not be able to refund any items which are lost in post.

Upon inspection of returned goods we will endeavour to process the refund within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment and may take up to 5-10 working days to appear on your bank statement. Any items returned outside of this timeframe will be accepted at the discretion of MY-FOLIO.

Please note – refunds on sale items are not accepted and that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Customers outside the UK will need to make their own returns arrangements through any postal carrier. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning any items, and MY-FOLIO is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the post.


Exchanges

To exchange products, please follow the Return Instructions and contact Customer Services. Please note that your card will first be credited and then a new order will be placed and the exchange, subject to availability, will be sent to you on receipt of the original order, delivery free. Your original shipping fee will not be refunded. If you are based in a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination you will need to pay duties and taxes on the replacement item.

Please note, vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
